Freelance Recruiter (PJ Contractor)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute high-volume recruitment and selection activities.

• Oversee multiple job profiles at the same time.

• Identify and secure candidates for positions, with remuneration linked to the success of each placement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in high-volume recruitment consulting.

• Familiarity with Digisac and Pandapé platforms.

• Analytical approach, prioritizing both speed and quality.

• Required to have personal equipment (computer and reliable internet connection).

• High school diploma is preferred.

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Availability to start immediately.

• Operate as an independent PJ contractor.
