Freelance Recruiter – German speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage top-tier candidates utilizing LinkedIn, AI-driven sourcing, and thorough market research.

• Comprehend candidates' ambitions, motivations, objectives, and essential requirements.

• Initiate contact with tailored messages to capture candidates' interest.

• Develop strategic sourcing reports that offer clients insight into the market and guidance on hiring.

• Primarily place technical candidates, and occasionally commercial ones, for clients throughout Germany and Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in sourcing, preferably for technical or engineering positions.

• Well-organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficient in German (C1 or higher) and English.

• Confident in engaging with candidates ranging from junior to C-level.

• Strong active sourcing abilities, including the identification, outreach, and engagement of overlooked top talent.

• Inquisitive with a commitment to continuous learning.
