Freelance Recruiter (Contractor)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for operational roles.

• Advertise job openings on suitable platforms, including job boards, social media, and niche sites.

• Conduct interviews in various cities throughout the region, evaluating candidates' technical and behavioral skills.

• Keep candidates informed with updates and feedback during the selection process.

• Compile reports and provide updates on the status of recruitment activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Knowledge of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

• Access to personal equipment (laptop and smartphone) for conducting selection processes is preferred.

• A vehicle for travel is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
