Freelance Recruiter (Contractor)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for operational roles.

• Promote job openings on suitable platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific sites.

• Conduct interviews in various cities within the region, assessing candidates' technical skills and behavioral traits.

• Ensure candidates receive follow-up and feedback throughout the hiring process.

• Provide reports and updates regarding the status of recruitment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the recruitment and selection of professionals is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related disciplines is preferred.

• Knowledge of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is preferred.

• Possession of personal equipment (laptop and smartphone) for conducting selection processes is preferred.

• A vehicle for travel is preferred.
