Freelance Recruiter (Contractor)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for operational positions.

• Promote job vacancies through job boards, social media, and niche platforms.

• Conduct interviews in various regional cities, evaluating candidates' technical abilities and behavioral traits.

• Provide ongoing feedback and support to candidates during the selection process.

• Generate reports and updates regarding the status of the selection processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related disciplines is preferred.

• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

• A personal laptop and smartphone are preferred for conducting selection processes.

• Availability of a vehicle for travel is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
