Freelance Recruiter (Contractor)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the recruitment and selection process for operational positions.

• Advertise job openings on job boards, social media, and niche platforms.

• Conduct interviews in various regional locations, evaluating both technical and behavioral skills.

• Monitor candidates throughout the selection process and provide them with feedback.

• Compile reports and updates regarding the status of recruitment efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields is preferred.

• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

• Access to necessary equipment (laptop and smartphone) for conducting recruitment activities is preferred.

• A vehicle for travel is preferred.
