Freelance Recruiter (Contractor)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for operational roles.

• Promote job openings through suitable channels, including job boards, social media, and niche platforms.

• Conduct interviews in various cities across the region, evaluating candidates' technical and behavioral skills.

• Keep candidates informed and provide feedback during the selection process.

• Generate reports and offer updates regarding the progress of recruitment activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Knowledge of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

• Possession of personal equipment (laptop and smartphone) is preferred for conducting selection processes.

• Availability of a vehicle for travel is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong active listening skills.

• Effective organizational capabilities.
