Freelance Recruiter (Contractor)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit candidates for operational roles.

• Promote job vacancies through relevant channels, including job boards, social media, and specialized sites.

• Conduct interviews in various cities across the region, evaluating candidates’ technical skills and behavioral traits.

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.

• Generate reports and keep stakeholders informed about the status of recruitment efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection is advantageous.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with online recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desired.

• Ownership of a laptop and smartphone for conducting interviews is preferred.

• Access to a vehicle for travel is considered an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective active listening skills.
