Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the recruitment and selection process for operational roles.

• Promote job vacancies through suitable channels including job boards, social media platforms, and specialized websites.

• Conduct interviews in various cities throughout the region, evaluating candidates' technical skills and behavioral attributes.

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing feedback throughout the selection journey.

• Create reports and deliver updates on the status of recruitment activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

• Possession of personal equipment (laptop and smartphone) for conducting the selection process is preferred.

• A vehicle for travel is preferred.
