Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist candidates in their search for employment opportunities in Southern Europe.

• Conduct preliminary interviews via phone, email, and video conferencing.

• Oversee the complete application process, from the first interview to the commencement of employment.

• Collaborate with international partner companies to ensure seamless placements.

• Maintain proactive communication with candidates and provide confident guidance throughout the selection process.

• Engage in a phone interview, role-playing scenario, and final interview with management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer support.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• Proficient in English (at least B2 level) for effective communication with partners.

• Digital literacy: experience with MS Office, ATS platforms, and online tools.

• Familiarity with Southern Europe, particularly Portugal, Spain, or Greece, is advantageous.

• Results-driven mindset and a readiness to achieve specific weekly and monthly targets.

• Active management of the talent pool and recruitment funnel.

• Dedication, dependability, and a methodical approach to work.
