Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze resumes in accordance with the specified profile.

• Actively seek out and engage with potential candidates as needed.

• Carry out interviews and evaluate candidates' suitability for the roles.

• Collaborate with the People & Culture team.

• Prepare and deliver candidate shortlists.

• Monitor the recruitment process and keep candidates updated.

• Facilitate the approval process for candidates, following the defined scope for each position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Recruitment & Selection.

• Experience in recruiting across various levels and fields.

• Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews.

• Familiarity with candidate sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experience with selection processes for affirmative action groups.

• A valid CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) is required for service provision.
