• Develop high-quality presentations tailored for real-world applications.

• Craft high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored to specific audiences.

• Convert complex data into clear visual narratives, emphasizing minimalism and a precise information hierarchy.

• Enhance presentations with custom fonts, sophisticated animations, and a cohesive visual design.

• Uphold a polished, persuasive style that merges corporate professionalism with creative flair across all deliverables.

• Ensure visual consistency, pacing, formatting quality, and brand compliance prior to final submission.

• Participate in Tendem project activities that align with your area of expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.

• A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization work.

• Profound understanding of pacing, storytelling techniques, and information design principles.

• Capability to work autonomously and transform intricate narratives into premium visuals.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and other related presentation software.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.

• Ability to distill complex data and multi-tiered hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual narratives.

• Expertise in custom typography and producing smooth, elegant animations.

• Practical experience in creating high-end layouts that embody a corporate-meets-creative style.

• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to visual excellence.

• A self-motivated work ethic with the capacity to independently resolve design challenges.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.

• Resume must include a portfolio link that showcases high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization; applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant presentation examples will not be considered.
