Freelance Presentation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality presentations tailored for real-world applications within the Tendem project.

• Utilize expertise in visual communication, information design, and storytelling.

• Produce clear, engaging, and professionally crafted presentations.

• Design impactful pitch decks and professional one-pagers customized for distinct audiences.

• Convert complex data into concise visual narratives with a minimalist approach and precise information hierarchy.

• Enhance presentations using custom fonts, sophisticated animations, and a cohesive visual design.

• Uphold a refined, persuasive style that merges corporate professionalism with creative flair across all deliverables.

• Ensure visual alignment, pacing, formatting quality, and adherence to brand guidelines prior to final submission.

• Independently manage project tasks estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations.

• Profound understanding of pacing, storytelling techniques, and information design principles.

• A methodical and detail-oriented work style.

• Capability to work autonomously and translate intricate narratives into high-quality visuals.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and similar presentation software.

• Extensive expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.

• Ability to distill complex data and multi-level hierarchies into clear, minimalist visual narratives.

• Advanced skills in typography and animation, including the use of custom fonts and the creation of smooth, elegant animations.

• Practical experience in crafting high-end, premium layouts that blend corporate and creative styles.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving visual excellence.

• A self-directed work ethic with the ability to resolve design challenges independently.

• Proficiency in English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher (required).

• Resume must include a link to a portfolio that features high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations.

• Applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant presentation examples will not be considered.
