Creative Artworker / Production Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Modify primary creative assets across 12 different language versions while upholding brand guidelines and ensuring visual uniformity.

• Revise layouts, typography, spacing, and text arrangement to fit language-specific variations in copy length.

• Guarantee readability and visual harmony in localized editions, including Spanish, French, and German.

• Prepare and produce assets that are ready for distribution across email, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic advertising platforms.

• Adhere to asset delivery guidelines, export processes, and file organization protocols.

• Evaluate localized assets for formatting precision, typography, and overall production excellence.

• Handle a high volume of creative adaptation requests while adhering to deadlines and ensuring consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creative artworking, production design, localization, or multilingual asset adaptation.

• Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.

• Background in adapting existing creative assets instead of primarily concentrating on original design or concept creation.

• Keen attention to detail, especially regarding typography, spacing, readability, and layout consistency.

• Awareness of copy-length differences and their influence on design across various languages.

• Acquaintance with digital asset export procedures and channel-specific delivery requirements.

• Confidence in working with non-English source materials, including Spanish, French, German, and other languages.

• Capability to oversee multiple assets and language variations while ensuring precision and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to operate independently, adhere to creative briefs, and swiftly adapt to changing priorities.
