This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Transform SME insights and unrefined material into well-organized instructional narratives.
• Create scenario-driven learning experiences and knowledge assessments linked to actual job performance.
• Develop clear and targeted video scripts tailored to the audience's needs.
• Modify content and tone for diverse international and multilingual settings.
• Operate independently on intricate projects with multiple deliverables.
• Handle feedback effectively and raise scope issues to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and developers as part of a cohesive team.
• Excellent writing abilities.
• Understanding of Cognitive Load Theory and its relevance in learning design.
• Native-level proficiency or C1 in Norwegian.
• B2 proficiency in English.
• Capability to work independently on complex, multi-deliverable projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in managing feedback and proactively identifying scope issues.
• Skill in balancing instructional design principles with practical client requirements.
• Experience in designing for technical or industrial audiences is advantageous.
