📋 Description

• Independently manage complex projects with multiple deliverables while requiring minimal supervision.

• Efficiently handle feedback and proactively identify scope issues to ensure projects remain on course.

• Integrate instructional design principles with practical client requirements, maintaining a learner-centric focus.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, UI/UX designers, and developers as part of a cohesive team.

• Convert subject matter expert insights and raw content into coherent and structured instructional narratives.

• Develop scenario-driven learning and assessments that align with actual job performance.

• Create clear and meaningful video scripts tailored to the target audience.

• Modify content and tone to suit diverse international and multilingual settings.

• Design innovative learning experiences specifically for a project in the construction sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills are crucial; this position relies heavily on clear and structured communication.

• Understanding of Cognitive Load Theory and its relevance in learning design is necessary.

• A minimum proficiency of native-level or C1 in Norwegian and B2 in English is required.

• Must be a fluent speaker of Norwegian.

• Experience in designing materials for technical or industrial audiences is advantageous.
