📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to the offer stage.

• Employ sophisticated sourcing strategies, professional networks, and industry-focused platforms to discover passive, high-caliber talent.

• Assess resumes and perform in-depth technical screenings to gauge expertise in Medical Communications, Advertising, and Market Access.

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to grasp intricate hiring needs and deliver regular market insights.

• Direct the entire talent acquisition process for high-priority, specialized client services, scientific, and creative positions.

• Contribute to a dynamic and expanding global organization.

• Handle a significant volume of technical requisitions and assist in building teams that create a meaningful impact across the healthcare sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of focused experience in recruiting within the medical communications, life sciences, or biotechnology sectors (either agency or in-house).

• A comprehensive understanding of the medical communications, advertising, and market access sectors.

• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced agency setting, managing multiple active roles while maintaining high candidate quality.

• Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse).
