Freelance Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Revise current landing pages within the CMS and create new pages using templates.

• Upload advertisements and manage campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.

• Construct, review, schedule, dispatch, and analyze email campaigns and newsletters.

• Import and refine contact lists, manage CRM fields and tags, and create segments.

• Evaluate automated reports, pinpoint discrepancies, and summarize findings.

• Write and revise content for pages, advertisements, and emails utilizing AI tools.

• Generate ad creatives, social media posts, one-pagers, and presentation slides using AI image resources, templates, and brand assets.

• Conduct research on topics, competitors, and markets, providing clear summaries.

• Recognize repetitive manual processes and implement automation solutions.

• Organize tools systematically, including naming conventions, folder structures, access management, and corrections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in one or more marketing disciplines is beneficial.

• Regular user of AI tools, with an understanding of their advantages and limitations.

• Capable of differentiating between usable drafts and confidently inaccurate AI outputs.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented; verifies links, names, and file paths.

• Quick learner of new tools through AI resources, help documentation, and personal experimentation.

• Proactive in identifying vague or incomplete briefs.

• Asks consolidated questions early in the process.

• Dependable in task completion and transparent in communicating progress or delays.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in German is a plus.

• Background in the German B2B market is advantageous.
