This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Maintain unwavering focus on one of DEPT®'s largest and most dynamic clients.
• Develop and implement programmatic strategies across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio that align with client business goals.
• Manage extensive budgets and optimize their allocation across various tactics and inventory to enhance ROI.
• Lead negotiations and oversee the management of Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP) agreements with premium publishers.
• Convert intricate programmatic data into actionable insights for client presentations.
• Collaborate with Integrated Planning and Data Strategy teams to incorporate programmatic activities into the overall media mix.
• Ensure technical campaign quality, uphold brand safety standards, and facilitate third-party verification utilizing IAS and DV.
• Provide guidance and tactical support to Associate-level team members.
• 2-4 years of practical experience in programmatic media buying, particularly within Google Ads and DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
• Profound understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, encompassing identity solutions, real-time bidding, and the evolving cookie-less environment.
• Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume, full-funnel campaigns, transitioning from broad awareness to performance-driven conversion.
• Proven ability to handle high-touch accounts while effectively prioritizing and maintaining composure and positivity under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience with ad servers (Google Campaign Manager 360) and third-party verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
• Outstanding communication skills to articulate programmatic complexities to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
• A team-oriented spirit and a relentless curiosity to explore new platforms and inventory sources.
• Candidates must reside in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Form I-9 work authorization verification through E-Verify; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
