📋 Description

• Oversee designated vacancies in partnership with Atlean World

• Identify candidates via job boards, social media, and networking

• Perform pre-screening and interviews to assess candidate fit

• Present shortlisted candidates to the internal recruitment team at Atlean World

• Ensure communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey

• Develop and maintain a candidate network across global markets

• Discover new sourcing avenues, markets, and recruitment methodologies

• Monitor performance and strive towards personal and financial objectives

• Establish a professional reputation through consistent outcomes and quality recruitment

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and at ease working independently

• Fluent in French

• Driven and motivated by achieving results

• Takes responsibility for work, pipeline, and performance

• Strong results-oriented and commercial perspective

• Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO industry

• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms

• Enjoys working within an international and multicultural setting
