📋 Description

• Develop creative learning experiences tailored for a construction-industry project.

• Convert subject-matter-expert insights and raw materials into coherent, structured instructional narratives.

• Create scenario-based learning activities and assessments that align with actual job performance.

• Produce clear and purposeful video scripts that resonate with the intended audience.

• Modify content and tone for diverse international and multilingual settings.

• Work in partnership with project managers, UI/UX designers, and developers.

• Handle feedback effectively and proactively identify scope issues to ensure project timelines are met.

• Operates independently on complex projects with multiple deliverables, requiring minimal supervision.

• Efficiently manages feedback and proactively identifies scope issues to maintain project momentum.

• Balances instructional design principles with practical client requirements, keeping the learner's needs in focus.

• Collaborates closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, and developers as a cohesive team.

• Transforms SME insights and raw content into well-structured instructional narratives.

• Designs scenario-based learning and assessments that relate to genuine job performance.

• Writes video scripts that are clear, targeted, and relevant to the audience.

• Adapts content and tone for different international and multilingual audiences.

• Excellent writing skills are a must.

• Knowledge of Cognitive Load Theory and its relevance in learning design is preferred.

• A minimum of native-level proficiency or C1 in Norwegian is required.

• B2 proficiency in English is necessary.

• Experience designing content for technical or industrial audiences is advantageous.
