Freelance Creative Operations – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete production workflow, ensuring a balance between creative excellence and a 20-day delivery timeframe.

• Create innovative concepts and scripts prior to the commencement of production.

• Utilize AI-assisted production technologies and tools, such as ElevenLabs for voiceovers.

• Establish and nurture relationships with creators to guarantee adherence to briefs and timely completion of deadlines.

• Evaluate raw footage with a TikTok-centric viewpoint and offer direct corrective feedback.

• Enhance modular advertisement frameworks by arranging hooks, bodies, and CTAs for scalable testing and refinement.

• Spearhead production efforts for the expanding DACH client base.

• Instruct creators, manage workflows, address production obstacles, and ensure deadlines are adhered to.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1/C2).

• Practical experience in scriptwriting and the development of creative concepts.

• Proven track record of managing and organizing intricate production workflows.

• Deep understanding of TikTok’s creative style and platform norms.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently resolve production challenges.

• Skill in providing direct, constructive feedback while maintaining positive relationships with creators.

• Strong creative discernment for identifying engaging hooks that retain viewer attention.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.

• Ability to stay calm and resilient under tight deadlines.

• Significant overlap with Central European Time (CET) and prompt responsiveness during core hours.

• Comfort with AI-assisted production systems.

• Proficient in briefing creators and managing talent, deadlines, and technical limitations.
