Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions lasting between 90 to 150 minutes, primarily online, utilizing session designs and written outlines created by the Programme Scientist.

• Prepare at least five working days in advance using the written brief for each session.

• Facilitate structured practice, small-group discussions, feedback sessions, and real-time coaching.

• Navigate various participant dynamics, such as skeptical senior attendees, quiet groups, and those who prefer debate over practice.

• Provide concise written session notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Engage in accreditation prior to the first client session.

• Stay open to observation and feedback after each session.

• There may be opportunities to extend the role to include follow-up coaching with the same group, depending on their seniority and abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences within a corporate environment.

• Exceptional online delivery skills, including managing breakout groups, maintaining engagement and energy levels, and handling session logistics.

• Comfortable presenting material not authored by you while following a specified framework.

• Proficient in conducting practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adult learners.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in delivering session notes.

• Fluent and credible in professional English, with comfort in engaging with senior audiences.

• Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across diverse cultures.

• Desirable: coaching qualification or experience in delivering one-on-one and group sessions.

• Desirable: knowledge of additional languages or experience working with international cohorts in a second language.

• Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design methodologies.
