Freelance B2B Telesales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Conduct phone outreach to CEOs and key decision-makers within the B2B sector.

• Follow up with organizations that have previously been contacted.

• Engage in active customer acquisition via telephone.

• Perform needs assessments and engage in consultative sales discussions.

• Showcase services during video meetings.

• Prepare and follow up on proposals effectively.

• Finalize contracts within the B2B domain.

• Maintain and document activities within the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential: a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

• Proven experience in acquiring new customers through telephone outreach.

• Confident and professional attitude when interacting with CEOs and decision-makers.

• Highly self-motivated with strong closing abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.

• A fully equipped home office including a Microsoft device.

• A personal laptop or PC operating on Windows.

• Reliable internet connection.

• A professional headset.

• Proficient use of email, CRM, and communication tools.
