📋 Description

• Conduct independent testing of newly launched platform features, digital storefront tools, and AI suggestions for managing local businesses and enhancing customer engagement.

• Assess AI-generated business summaries, search visibility outputs, and mapping integrations for accuracy in relation to actual business operations.

• Offer thorough, audit-ready insights on platform usability, the relevance of digital tools, and their practical application in the daily operations of local merchants.

• Detect and document inaccuracies in the model's understanding of business categories, service offerings, operational hours, and local market specifics.

• Work independently to assess digital merchant tools and supply organized business data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience as an active owner, operator, or primary manager of a business in the food/beverage, lodging, local service, or retail shopping industries.

• Must currently hold and actively manage a verified Google Business Profile linked to your business.

• Strong analytical communication abilities, with the capability to clearly express technical insights, user-experience (UX) challenges, and actionable feedback on commerce.

• A careful, detail-focused approach to analyzing digital workflows, consumer-facing data presentation, and local search dynamics from a merchant’s viewpoint.

• A secure computer and high-speed internet connection must be provided by the contractor.
