Manager, AI Conversational Design

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of Conversation Designers by providing feedback, career development, and thoughtful prioritization.

• Recruit and onboard new team members as the organization expands.

• Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI to create impactful conversational experiences.

• Take ownership of strategic initiatives, such as enhancing evaluation processes, tools, workflows, or quality standards.

• Leverage AI tools, experimentation, and customer insights to enable the team to operate more efficiently and enhance its output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and developing teams within Conversation Design, Conversational AI, or a similar domain.

• Practical experience in building and deploying conversational AI products or LLM-powered agents.

• Background in enhancing conversational quality through evaluation, optimization, experimentation, or A/B testing.

• Strong ability to foster cross-functional partnerships and translate strategic concepts into actionable improvements.

• A collaborative and inquisitive leadership approach.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
