This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee your own senior care business from home.

• Leverage a successful franchise model that includes branding, online visibility, marketing support, and a centralized administrative system.

• Execute a 24-hour care framework.

• Engage actively in the development of your independent business.

• Deliver in-home care that is personalized, compassionate, and empathetic.

• Assist clients with dementia care, mobility issues, household chores, recreational activities, medical appointments, and digital assistance.

• Prior experience in care, sales, or business management is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Individuals transitioning from other fields are encouraged to apply.

• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the capability to work independently are essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A genuine interest in care and support-related topics.

• Leadership and/or sales experience is considered a plus.

• A commitment to actively invest time and resources into establishing your own independent business.
