
Franchise Business Consultant – California, Las Vegas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of Dunkin’ franchisees.
• Work in partnership with franchisees to establish and surpass sales, profit, and network growth objectives.
• Mentor and guide franchise organizations to ensure a uniform and safe brand experience.
• Lead the annual planning and Franchise Business Review processes.
• Analyze and interpret data and analytics to direct franchisee initiatives and offer recommendations.
• Assist with restaurant remodels and the construction of new locations, including monitoring milestones and supporting new store openings.
• Enhance communication between franchisees and cross-functional teams.
• Aid in operational initiatives, marketing product launches, promotional rollouts, and local, DMA, and regional marketing strategies.
• Conduct restaurant evaluations as required.
• Coordinate training support for franchisees with the Field Training Team.
• Ensure optimal use of G&A expenses within regional guidelines.
• Fulfill administrative duties and requirements promptly.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations.
• Previous leadership experience is necessary.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills—capable of managing time effectively, planning, and working independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to establish credibility and foster trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Competence in developing and executing plans that drive results.
• Proficient in utilizing data to inform decision-making.
• Skilled at uniting people to address and resolve issues.
