This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Advanced Practice Provider positions.
• Identify passive candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, various specialty talent resources, and referrals.
• Evaluate resumes and execute thoughtful, personalized outreach to potential candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive initial interviews to determine suitability for each site's unique requirements.
• Organize interviews involving multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for both current and future job openings.
• Ensure consistent and proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Raise questions or concerns to hiring managers and leadership as necessary.
• Provide regular and ad hoc hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as required or assigned within the role's scope.
• A minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in women's health recruitment is REQUIRED.
• Strongly preferred experience in recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs).
• Knowledge of CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing standards, and compensation benchmarks is a significant advantage.
• Proven proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Experience in sourcing passive candidates using various recruiting tools.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a warm, relationship-focused approach.
• Capability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a dynamic, remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey information clearly to candidates, hiring managers, and clinical leaders.
