FP&A Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive corporate FP&A planning activities utilizing mock files.

• Develop detailed annual budgets and multi-year long-range plans, incorporating consolidation and approval processes.

• Generate ongoing reforecasts of P&L, cash flow, and KPIs by leveraging actuals and updated drivers.

• Create headcount and capital expenditure plans, encompassing hiring timelines, project approvals, payback analysis, and prioritization.

• Compile monthly management reporting packages complete with variance analysis.

• Execute profitability analysis for products, customers, or segments using cost allocation methodologies.

• Project revenue based on bookings, pipeline coverage, and demand indicators.

• Document model drivers and underlying assumptions thoroughly.

• Finalize assessment deliverables including a rolling reforecast, management reporting package, and headcount and capital expenditure plan.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A at an operating company, managing a planning or reforecasting cycle.

• Proficient in advanced Excel modeling techniques.

• Ability to explain variances, not just calculate them.

• Experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance is a plus.

• Familiarity with planning systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive, or Pigment is advantageous.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship/support.
