FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of SG&A Expenses

• Ensure transparency regarding FTE and Vendor expenditures as well as savings initiatives

• Develop variance analysis reports and financial models

• Deliver comprehensive monthly financial reports to management

• Implement measures to guarantee accuracy and efficiency

• Raise financial issues to management as needed

• Aid in the daily SG&A tasks and manage ad-hoc requests

• Document processes with thorough procedures

• Collaborate with senior members of the accounting and finance departments

• Convert financial data into visual formats and presentation materials

• Report directly to the FP&A Senior Manager within Medicaid Finance

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

• At least 1 year of experience with Hyperion, Oracle, or another ERP platform

• A minimum of 1 year using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent professional experience

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Capability to work accurately under tight deadlines while supporting projects

• Proficiency in collaborating across large organizations

• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, at all organizational levels, including senior management
