FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Prepare monthly management reporting packages, which include P&L and cash flow statements, along with variance analysis and business insights.

• Take ownership of budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles, ensuring precision, adherence to schedules, and alignment across departments.

• Enhance and automate reporting processes, focusing on data consolidation and dashboard creation.

• Develop and sustain financial models for both new and existing business strategies.

• Assist leadership in making informed decisions.

• Monitor Delivery and Sales KPIs that impact revenue.

• Identify and flag potential risks proactively.

• Oversee invoice deadlines and month-end closing processes.

• Manage financial reporting and business analytics across Belkins' largest brand portfolio.

• Collaborate with the finance team in a supportive and peer-oriented manner.

• Report directly to Olha Boyko.

• Provide analytical support for C-level decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within IT, SaaS, or marketing-focused industries.

• Strong foundation in accounting principles (US GAAP), coupled with practical experience in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.

• Proficient in advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

• Expertise in Google Sheets, including advanced functions, QUERY, pivot tables, and data structuring.

• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate numerical data into insightful conclusions.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or above.

• Experience with SQL and AI tools is considered an advantage.
