This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the enrollment strategy for Leap’s most significant employer and health plan clients.
• Develop strategies to raise awareness, foster engagement, and activate each account.
• Manage enrollment forecasts and outcomes across a range of clients.
• Examine client, member, and funnel data to identify engagement obstacles.
• Create tailored activation plans for each account that include communications, targeting, employer channels, incentives, benefit design, executive sponsorship, and interventions to enhance member experience.
• Conduct customized pilot programs and relay successful tactics to the Lifecycle team for evaluation and broad implementation.
• Collaborate with Client Success and client stakeholders to propose changes that promote enrollment.
• Construct analytical and strategic proposals, facilitating stakeholder alignment, approvals, and execution.
• Coordinate implementation across Member Activation & Lifecycle Growth, Marketing Operations, Data, Design, Product, Clinical Operations, and Client Success.
• Establish Leap’s Enrollment Marketing operating model, measurement frameworks, processes, tools, and client segmentation strategy.
• Assist in identifying future staffing requirements and progressively build the Enrollment Marketing team.
• Over 6 years of experience in enrollment marketing, growth, lifecycle marketing, consumer strategy, client marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating programs aimed at influencing consumer behavior.
• Track record of measurable improvements resulting from consumer engagement initiatives.
• Experience engaging directly with large enterprise clients or similarly intricate stakeholders.
• Capability to transition from analysis to recommendations and secure client agreement.
• Outstanding strategic and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in diagnosing growth issues, pinpointing key variables, and formulating recommendations.
• Strong commercial focus and accountability for enrollment, member impact, client ROI, and financial outcomes.
• Proactive ownership in strategy, campaigns, data analysis, presentations, and execution.
• Ability to lead intricate cross-functional projects without direct authority.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for developing playbooks, processes, and teams.
