Founding Designer – UI/UX, Contract

📋 Description

• Outline the methods by which users create, comprehend, and interact with AI agents within Bolter.

• Craft the experience for building agents and the workspace for managing them.

• Influence the applications developed by AI agents.

• Construct and manage Bolter’s design system from its inception.

• Establish interaction patterns for the creation, understanding, and management of AI agents.

• Make practical decisions balancing speed, clarity, and quality.

• Transition rapidly from concepts to functional designs and refine those that are effective.

• Contribute to the early formation of the design and product team as Bolter expands.

• Collaborate closely with the GM in a streamlined team, supported by specialized AI agents.

• Set foundational design principles for the product.

• Proven experience in designing and launching AI products.

• Insight into interaction challenges related to AI technologies.

• Strong judgment in product and design considerations.

• A focus on systems and interaction-pattern thinking rather than purely screen-level design.

• Capability to design within a dynamic, undefined, zero-to-one product context.

• Proficiency in forming clear viewpoints and adjusting them based on new evidence.

• Portfolio/website and LinkedIn URL fields will be included in the application process.

• Must respond to the work-permit question relevant to the location of the position.
