This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify and pursue target accounts using phone, email, LinkedIn, and various other channels
β’ Recognize owners, executives, and other influential decision-makers
β’ Generate and qualify new sales leads
β’ Schedule and participate in qualified sales meetings
β’ Comprehend customer challenges, priorities, timelines, and buying intentions
β’ Keep precise records in the CRM, including opportunity details and subsequent steps
β’ Consistently follow up with prospects during the sales process
β’ Collaborate with founders and the sales team to enhance targeting, messaging, sequences, and outbound strategies
β’ Experiment with new strategies and contribute to the development of the outbound playbook for future Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
β’ Acquire knowledge about customers, markets, products, discovery, qualification, and sales processes
β’ Move toward conducting discovery calls, presenting product demonstrations, crafting proposals and business cases, managing stakeholders, addressing objections, negotiating commercial terms, and owning opportunities until closure
β’ Aim for approximately $350,000 in Sales Accepted Pipeline each month once fully ramped
β’ Desire to establish a career in B2B software sales
β’ Comfortable with making cold calls and engaging in high-volume outbound activities
β’ Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and executives
β’ Competitive and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection
β’ Open to feedback and willing to improve rapidly
β’ Highly organized and disciplined regarding follow-up
β’ Capable of taking ownership without requiring constant supervision
β’ Driven by performance and compensation
β’ Eager to take on increasing responsibilities quickly
β’ Flourish in an early-stage startup environment where the playbook is still evolving
β’ Previous experience in BDR/SDR roles, SaaS, roofing, construction, or field services is advantageous but not mandatory
β’ Uncapped variable compensation following the ramp-up period
