Founders Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the management team by preparing decisions, analyses, and strategic foundations.

• Independently manage special commercial projects, including Vietnam production, new product lines, and investments.

• Conduct pricing calculations, analyze landed costs, and negotiate supplier terms.

• Aid in the development and enhancement of reporting, KPIs, and the supporting data infrastructure.

• Provide support for controlling aspects such as margin, contribution margin, forecasting, and liquidity.

• Offer data-driven insights for assortment and growth initiatives, focusing on best sellers/slow movers, bundles, and inventory management.

• Contribute to the design of processes and structures for the upcoming growth phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in e-commerce (mandatory) – you possess a solid understanding of shop and marketplace operations, product assortments, and growth strategies.

• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive: you take initiative and drive projects to completion independently.

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and a BI tool.

• Basic knowledge of finance and controlling, including margin, contribution margin, forecasting, and liquidity concepts.

• Enthusiasm for modern tools and AI-assisted workflows.

• Analytical, organized, and pragmatic approach to challenges.

• Fluent in German; proficiency in English is advantageous.
