Chief of Staff

📋 Description

• Take ownership of accountability, KPIs, deadlines, and commitments across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Operations, Retention, and Finance.

• Develop a comprehensive process map for the entire business, detailing role definitions, responsibilities, SOPs, trackers, reporting structures, and performance criteria.

• Manage the workflow directed to the CEO by handling, routing, automating, or eliminating tasks as needed.

• Lead high-impact growth initiatives, channel tests, vendor negotiations, and system builds from start to finish.

• Define project scopes, coordinate or recruit necessary resources, and report significant advancements during weekly check-ins.

• Document decisions and action items from calls, Slack, and WhatsApp; assign accountability and deadlines, and ensure follow-through to completion.

• Oversee the CEO's calendar, inbox, meeting preparations, and follow-ups comprehensively.

• Provide direct feedback, identify underperformance early, and assist managers in holding their teams accountable.

• Report directly to the CEO and have a significant influence on operations company-wide.

• Minimum of a 50-hour workweek, with frequent nights and weekends required.

• Availability during US Eastern hours within the 9:00 AM–12:00 AM ET timeframe.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Nice-to-have: Proven track record of excellence in a competitive setting.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in e-commerce, particularly D2C, Amazon, or TikTok Shop.

• Nice-to-have: Background in subscription or retention business models.

• Nice-to-have: Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, founder's associate, in consulting, or in investment banking.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in creating SOPs, process documentation, or operating cadences from the ground up.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in managing agencies and offshore contractors.
