Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert ambiguous, high-level priorities into well-defined plans, complete with owners, timelines, and explicit trade-offs, and facilitate the completion of these plans.

• Develop and enhance capacity planning models to predict hiring capabilities and staffing requirements.

• Pinpoint opportunities for improvement, create business cases, and implement changes through extensive cross-functional projects.

• Oversee program management for changes that involve multiple teams over extended periods.

• Foster cross-functional consensus and deliver updates and impacts to senior leadership.

• Manage the function's reporting to empower leadership with answers to recurring inquiries without needing new monthly analyses.

• Utilize GenAI tools like Gemini and Claude to consolidate hiring data and insights across functions.

• Establish the operational rhythm of the Talent Acquisition function and develop frameworks for problem structuring.

• Act as the operating partner and strategic advisor to the VP of Talent Acquisition.

• Convert high-level priorities into actionable roadmaps and execute them swiftly and effectively.

• Serve as a vital link between Talent, Finance, Legal, InfoSec, People, and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, or strategy.

• Experience working in-house following consulting or finance roles is advantageous.

• Proven capability in gathering data from diverse sources to drive strategic insights and informed decision-making.

• Competence in building models from scratch rather than merely maintaining existing ones.

• Strong enthusiasm for Angi, home services, marketplaces, and product-driven organizations.

• Early adopter and thorough user of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar or complementary technologies.

• Candidates should reside in the eastern or central time zones.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
