Chief of Staff – D2C Supplement Brand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and demonstrate urgency across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Operations, Retention, and Finance.

• Monitor KPIs, deadlines, and commitments; follow up, remove obstacles, enforce urgency, and ensure accountability.

• Create a comprehensive process map for the entire business, detailing role definitions, responsibilities, SOPs, documentation, trackers, reporting structures, and criteria for promotions, bonuses, and terminations.

• Manage matters directed to the CEO by addressing, routing, automating, or eliminating them.

• Lead high-impact projects from start to finish, including growth initiatives, channel tests, vendor negotiations, and system developments.

• Define project scopes, execute them, coordinate or hire necessary resources, and provide meaningful progress reports weekly.

• Transform discussions from calls, meetings, Slack, and WhatsApp into assigned and tracked actions.

• Oversee the CEO's calendar, inbox, scheduling, prioritization, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks.

• Provide direct feedback, identify underperformance early, and assist managers in holding their teams accountable.

• Report directly to the CEO and initially operate through influence rather than formal authority.

• Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently.

• Intelligent, hands-on approach; capable of reasoning through complex business challenges and managing people effectively.

• Sincere humility and openness to constructive feedback.

• Willingness to personally engage in tasks; delegating without direct involvement is not acceptable.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong sense of ownership.

• Capability to give and receive candid feedback without taking it personally or turning it political.

• Minimum commitment of 50 hours per week, including frequent evenings and weekends.

• Availability during US Eastern hours within the 9:00 AM–12:00 AM ET timeframe.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.

• Experience in e-commerce, particularly with D2C, Amazon, or TikTok Shop (preferred).

• Background in subscription or retention-based businesses (preferred).

• Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, founder's associate, in consulting, or investment banking (preferred).

• Experience in developing SOPs, process documentation, or establishing operational cadences from the ground up (preferred).

• Background in managing agencies and offshore contractors (preferred).
