Founder Associate – Go-to-Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in and analyze go-to-market strategies to gain insights into the acquisition of new customers.

• Assist with lead generation, outreach efforts, appointment scheduling, and initial sales initiatives.

• Design and implement small-scale tests and experiments that explore new channels, outreach techniques, and processes.

• Evaluate metrics such as cost per lead, appointment success rate, call quality, and conversion rates.

• Analyze effort versus impact and question underlying assumptions.

• Observe current processes like appointment scheduling, handoffs, and follow-ups, while proposing enhancements.

• Work collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Contribute insights and analyses to support team-level decision-making.

• Gain valuable perspectives on early-stage growth and go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Previous internship or working-student experience in go-to-market, sales, or marketing.

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, especially in autonomous AI systems.

• Familiarity with product management or related areas such as R&D or innovation management.

• Possess a startup mindset.

• Proactive, hands-on approach.

• Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.

• Must reside in Germany.
