This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of dealer implementations, managing the process from kickoff to go-live and the initial hypercare phase.
• Tailor solutions to fit each dealership's systems, workflows, and technology stack through organized discovery and collaborative engineering efforts.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer, availability, recall, and repair-order data flows across systems prior to going live.
• Provide training to non-technical dealership staff and facilitate change management for complete adoption.
• Oversee implementation schedules, engage stakeholders, and track go-live dates.
• Diagnose live issues by replicating problems, analyzing logs, and differentiating between configuration errors and product bugs.
• Address issues independently or compile clear escalations for the engineering team.
• Develop repeatable runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and setup documentation for future implementations and support transitions.
• Direct on-site customer feedback to the product team.
• Practical experience in integration and configuration using APIs, webhooks, or configuration tools.
• Proven track record of validating integrations from start to finish.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and log analysis skills.
• Capability to replicate issues and differentiate between configuration problems and product bugs.
• Experience in delivering customer training or enablement, especially to non-technical audiences.
• Project management experience in implementation or deployment, including accountability for kickoff-to-go-live timelines and stakeholder engagement.
• Background in validating and verifying data across various systems.
• Discovery and workflow mapping experience is preferred.
• Experience in issue triage and escalation in a customer-facing technical role is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with scripting or SQL is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Experience in writing runbooks, SOPs, or setup documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation and deployment methodologies.
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
• Knowledge of automotive retail or fixed operations.
• Acquainted with dealership DMS and scheduling systems such as CDK, Reynolds, Tekion, Xtime, or myKaarma.
• Familiarity with data structure and validation concepts.
• Understanding of support, escalation, tiers, SLAs, and handoff processes.
• Knowledge of change management or adoption principles.
• Basic understanding of security and compliance principles, including handling PII and call recording consent.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50–70% of the time.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
