Forward Deployed Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of program and integration delivery across the client portfolio, focusing primarily on the largest accounts.

• Address complex client challenges by clarifying ambiguities, mobilizing human and AI resources, and achieving results.

• Develop, manage, and continuously optimize AI agents for integration diagnostics, client deliverables, workflow automation, intake processing, reporting, and data analysis.

• Oversee the delivery schedule for the flagship account, which includes over 80 contracted connections, in addition to secondary accounts.

• Manage the Jira intake workflow, gather requirements, and navigate work through the build pipeline.

• Act as the primary operational liaison for key client IT and Business Operations stakeholders.

• Participate in leadership calls, identify blockers early, and ensure that delivery commitments are fulfilled.

• Responsible for weekly delivery reporting to senior client stakeholders.

• Provide cross-account support for troubleshooting deliveries, scoping integrations, and coordinating contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations.

• Experience with AI is essential: including building agents, tuning them, assessing output quality, and broadening their functionality.

• Demonstrated confidence in client-facing roles, particularly with senior client stakeholders.

• Skill in structuring ambiguous problems and resolving complex integration challenges.

• Readiness to engage in operational delivery tasks.

• Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient in building, tuning, and measuring the workflows of AI agents.

• Background in strategy consulting, management consulting, or implementation delivery within a professional services firm.

• Knowledge of TPA operations, claims processing, healthcare EDI, or health plan administration.

• Familiarity with Jira, Snowflake, or healthcare data integration platforms.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where project scopes are rapidly evolving.
