Forward Deployed Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for AI agent outcomes for key strategic accounts from start to finish, encompassing automation rates, resolution rates, and time-to-value.

• Implement agents and identify obstacles to advancement.

• Develop platform enhancements so that lessons learned from deployments can benefit future accounts.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise customer experience leaders to create and implement AI transformation roadmaps.

• Convert deployment insights into scalable platform functionalities.

• Enhance and refine agent capabilities across support, shopping, reviews, voice, and social media platforms.

• Design quality assurance suites, automated testing processes, and performance monitoring systems.

• Manage launch cycles from internal testing to general availability.

• Offer customer enablement and demonstrations.

• Co-sell in partnership with the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, solutions engineering, forward deployment, or technical account management.

• An AI-native mindset with experience in utilizing Claude, Cursor, and developing personal AI workflows.

• Proficiency in scoping webhooks, OAuth flows, and intricate integrations without requiring engineering interpretation.

• Familiarity with customer experience operations.

• Capability to diagnose technical, operational, and stakeholder-related deployment challenges.

• Skills to advise customer experience leaders on organizational design, process optimization, and transformation strategies.

• Ability to ship features, create documentation, conduct demonstrations, and evaluate outcomes.

• Willingness to work hours that align with the West Coast (PT) timezone.
