Forward Deployed Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for customer outcomes and the metrics that validate them.

• Manage deployments from start to finish alongside forward-deployed engineers.

• Collaborate with the team to design, test, and enhance AI agents.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and facilitate working sessions.

• Continuously enhance the playbook utilized during each deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience, particularly with complex customer deployments.

• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

• Possess technical and systems-level thinking capabilities.

• Hands-on experience in agent building; side projects are acceptable.

• Demonstrated inclination to take action in ambiguous situations.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Current authorization to work in the U.S. without a requirement for sponsorship.
