This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Implement comprehensive platform deployments utilizing Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel for new clientele.
• Integrate log sources, set up data connectors, and confirm the functionality of ingestion pipelines.
• Load and deploy TENEX content into client environments, which includes parsers, dashboards, detections, and playbooks for SIEM/SOAR.
• Utilize standardized playbooks to provide MDR coverage while adhering to target SLOs.
• Diagnose connectivity, ingestion, and configuration challenges during the deployment process.
• Empower clients through practical training on how to navigate, comprehend, and derive value from their implemented platform.
• Record deployment configurations and create handoff notes for the ongoing support team.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous customer deployments, depending on the complexity and platform involved.
• Refer technical obstacles to Senior Engineers or the Manager when necessary.
• Carry out customer-facing technical implementations for TENEX, an AI-native, automation-first Managed Detection and Response provider.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, cloud engineering, or a related technical domain.
• Practical experience with SIEM platforms, especially Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Background in onboarding log sources, configuring data connectors, and setting up ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with data pipeline technologies such as Bindplane, OpenTelemetry, Cribl, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of networking principles and security operations workflows.
• Experience with cloud service platforms (GCP, Azure, and/or AWS).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in customer-facing scenarios.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, high-performance startup environment.
• A genuine passion for cybersecurity, automation, and ongoing enhancement.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC certifications, Google Cloud Professional, Microsoft SC-200/AZ-500, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous.
