Forward Deployed Engineer, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding process for Sardine’s fraud and compliance solutions.

• Oversee implementation and integration initiatives.

• Deliver comprehensive client support throughout the onboarding journey.

• Take ownership of APIs, SDK documentation, integration manuals, and support materials.

• Evaluate technical and functional client needs and devise solutions that leverage Sardine’s system and product capabilities.

• Manage implementation projects, focusing on project quality, timelines, risk management, and deliverables.

• Comprehend customers’ business challenges, technical specifications, and success metrics to offer scalable solutions.

• Provide product insights to internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, or Forward Deployed Engineer.

• Strong execution capabilities, expertise in integration and automation, and experience collaborating with various technical teams, both internal and external.

• At least 2 years of B2B SaaS experience in areas like payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Outstanding organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Proficient in basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.

• Familiarity with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and scripting for internal tool development.

• Experience with bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
