This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete deployment process of North in private cloud and on-premises settings, encompassing planning, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with enterprise IT teams to evaluate infrastructure, security needs, and data management practices.
• Conduct experiments rapidly and with a high degree of quality to engage clients and provide solutions that surpass expectations.
• Develop and execute deployment strategies customized to meet client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to deployments.
• Offer prompt solutions to reduce downtime.
• Travel 20–40% of the time to work on-site with clients and partners.
• Proven experience in direct customer interaction.
• Background in deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale production Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency with Helm.
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and virtualization.
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities and goals.
• Fluency in French.
• Active DV clearance is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with GPU node orchestration and scheduling is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GPU infrastructure, inference systems, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and performance optimization is a plus.
