IT Architecture and Infrastructure Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and architect IT solutions for Contact Centers, encompassing computer networks, public/private cloud systems, firewalls, and Data Center technologies (DNS, WAF, and DHCP).

• Comprehend clients’ technical requirements, pinpoint the company’s solutions, and articulate their features and advantages.

• Develop implementation and planning strategies that guarantee the resilience of production environments from the perspectives of IT infrastructure architecture and cybersecurity.

• Evaluate and identify opportunities for enhancement within the production environment.

• Review RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents, determining requirements, sizing solutions according to technical specifications, and ensuring compliance with each aspect of the terms of reference.

• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to create solutions and bolster technical expertise.

• Engage in training and certification programs for solutions featured in the company’s portfolio.

• Deliver training on technical solutions crafted by the architecture team to the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in sizing and designing IT solutions for Contact Centers, including computer networks, public/private cloud environments, firewalls, and Data Center technologies (DNS, WAF, and DHCP).

• Proficient in planning and architecting solutions within the Fortinet ecosystem.

• Familiarity with solutions in the Cloudflare ecosystem.

• Experience collaborating with third-party suppliers.

• Background in preparing technical inquiries and responses for public tenders and RFPs.

• Expertise in designing infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.

• Relevant certifications pertaining to Contact Center and Infrastructure solutions (NSE 1, NSE 2, NSE 3, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+).

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including MS Visio.

• Proficiency in English for emails, conversations, and calls is preferred.
