This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their workflows, limitations, and objectives.

• Pose clarifying inquiries to transform ambiguous requests into actionable requirements.

• Convert client needs into technical specifications and execute solutions from start to finish.

• Develop customer-facing solutions across the technology stack utilizing modern, high-level libraries and frameworks.

• Deploy, maintain, and refine solutions within live client environments.

• Integrate insights from client engagements back into the core product.

• Represent Flagler with credibility in technical discussions with non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or strong demonstrable evidence of engineering proficiency.

• 1 to 2 years of experience is acceptable for an exceptional learner; 2 to 5 years of experience is also appreciated.

• A compelling portfolio; a link must be provided with the application and shared prior to the skills interview.

• Full-stack proficiency extending beyond JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience utilizing higher-level software libraries to create genuine customer solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and genuine comfort in client-facing scenarios.

• Capability to comprehend client requirements and independently translate them into technical specifications.

• Quick learning ability and comfort navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.

• Camera must be on during meetings.

• Familiarity with LiveKit, Twilio, or the OpenAI API is a plus.

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or another regulated environment is advantageous.
