📋 Description

• Develop intricate single-turn prompts related to forensic and toxicological chemistry, categorized as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.

• Assess model responses based on an established policy standard.

• Evaluate whether responses appropriately addressed technical inquiries.

• Compose reference answers that clarify correct responses and the underlying technical reasoning.

• Differentiate between standard professional inquiries and those seeking harmful or misuse-enabling information.

• Provide written rationales that are accessible to non-specialists.

• Analyze and write about scenarios involving misuse in the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting forensic or toxicological chemistry casework.

• Experience in identifying substances and their precursors.

• Skilled in defending conclusions, whether in written reports or in court.

• Relevant backgrounds may include controlled substance casework in a forensic lab, clandestine laboratory response, precursor identification and scene chemistry, forensic toxicology, monitoring trends in seized drugs and precursors, intelligence analysis, and providing expert testimony and writing reports related to chemical casework.

• Red-teaming experience is highly desirable.

• Strong proficiency in technical writing is essential.

• Each judgment must be accompanied by a written rationale that is comprehensible to a non-specialist audience.

• Previous technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience is a significant advantage.

• Capacity to read and write about misuse scenarios in specific fields for extended periods.

• Must not utilize classified or export-controlled information, NDA-covered information, or information that is subject to prepublication review obligations.

• Applicants with such obligations should disclose them to ensure appropriate project scoping.
